Terms of Service

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Echo. If you are using our services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Echo provides enterprise software solutions including loyalty programs, omnichannel messaging, and AI conversational platforms. Specific features, service levels, and commercial terms may be defined in a separate agreement or order form between you and Echo.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use or security breach.

You agree not to misuse our services. Without limitation, you must not:

Echo and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the services, website, software, branding, documentation, and related intellectual property. No rights are granted except as expressly set out in these Terms or a applicable commercial agreement.

You retain ownership of data you submit to our platforms. You grant Echo a limited license to process customer data solely to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the services in accordance with our Privacy Policy and any applicable data processing terms.

Where services are provided on a paid basis, fees, billing cycles, and payment terms will be specified in your commercial agreement. Failure to pay applicable fees may result in suspension or termination of access.

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. Echo disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Echo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the services.

We may suspend or terminate access to our services if you breach these Terms or if required for security, legal, or operational reasons. You may stop using our services at any time, subject to any contractual commitments in place.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
